I absolutely love the whole format at Instinct Gym. I have always been keen on exercise but not in a gym and have wasted so much money with gym memberships over the years because I don’t just want to turn up and use the equipment - I need the motivation, commitment and team feel I get from classes.
Instinct is more class based and offers a huge mix of exercise and targets your body fitness with strength as a whole rather than just cardio or just strength.
My favourites are circuits and boxing & fitness, but you can mix this up with strength and conditioning or martial arts if you want!
