Elevate your striking skills while also working on your overall fitness in our Muai Thai inspired fitness class at Bishop's Lydeard, Taunton, UK.

Muai Thai  inspired fitness class  fun, sweaty, challenging, high energy burning, challenging workout.

We focus on the elements of  Thai boxing combined with strength and conditioning this class is split into 2 different rounds,

 1) Kickboxing round, you will fight your way through rounds on the bag or pads with the coach, working through striking techniques, work and .

2) Conditioning round focusing on both  core conditioning and plyometric exercises 


12 rounds - 2 min work, 30 second change over, 42 mins work
300+ calories burnt every class
