Ignite your strength and redefine your fitness journey with our Boxing Inspired Strength & Conditioning classes in Bishop's Lydeard, Taunton, UK. 


These programmes are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of functional movement patterns. 


Our classes are tailored for individuals of all fitness levels, this program combines cutting-edge strength training and conditioning exercises to take your fitness to the next level!


The programme is split into 3 focus areas

Strength, the goal is to increase strength, speed and power using functional based movements that help you develop the rate of force development, this will have a huge benefit in punch force or lift heavier weights. 


Grunt work will consist of tyre flipping, log pressing, loaded carries, sled pushing, pulling, and dragging, loaded crawls, core conditioning and all the fun you have ever wanted to lift, push, pull, throw and lift heavy stuff. 

Training at this high-intensity and is an effective for burning calories and promoting fat loss, improving core activation resulting in a strong core.

 

Conditioning, boxing is over  12 rounds requires stamina, this will challenge you physically and mentally, building and engine and mental resilience.

This builds tenacity, because you really want to stop, and give up but it will encourage you when times get tough to bite down on the gumshield and learn you can go further than you think! 


Leaving individuals with various physical changes including improved health, increased overal fitness, more strength, and one step closer to your fitness goal!
