Join the Strength Squad, where lifting heavy and working together is the name of the game! This class combines powerful compound lifts with high-energy, team-based conditioning. You'll focus on getting stronger through key movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses, followed by a 30-minute AMRAP conditioning challenge in pairs. Whether you're looking to build muscle or improve endurance, this class is all about pushing your limits and motivating each other as a team.
