Elevate your boxing skills while also working on your overall fitness with our Boxing & Fitness classes in Bishop's Lydeard, Taunton, UK. Our comprehensive program seamlessly blends the intensity of boxing training with a holistic approach to fitness, ensuring a transformative experience for all fitness enthusiasts.


Our boxing inspired fitness class, is a boxing conditioning class, this class does not focus on the development of boxing techniques and there is no contact, or sparring. 


This class if fun, sweaty, challenging, high energy burning, challenging workout.


We focus on the elements of boxing combined with strength and conditioning. This class is split into 2 different rounds,

1) Boxing round, you will fight your way through 6 rounds on the aqua bag or pads with the coach, working through a 5-8 punch combination

2) Strength and conditioning round, you will challenge yourself physically and mentally in this round using free-weights such as bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, bodyweight, core work and cardio exercises.


12 rounds - 3 min work, 30 second change over, 42 mins work

300+ calories burnt every class
